JISC

This session wil be of interest to members of the community interested in serving on a JISC sub committee. The session will be presented by a subset of the chairs of JISC committees and aims to give members of the community an insight into the role of JISC committee members.

Objectives

• Provide an insight into the role of JISC committee members
• Clarify the nature of the commitment and skills required
• Discuss some of the challenges faced by JISC committees
• Inform members of the community about how they can get involved with JISC committees
