Abstract: Legal lessons learned
Four speakers from different JISC services and
repository projects will outline the key legal issues encountered and
solved in their initiatives. Two of them will cover the need to implement
rights solutions that satisfy both depositors and users, whilst the other
two will take a broader view of legal issues encountered with particular
types of materials.
