Images
The aim of the images strand is to enable researchers,
teachers, institutional and repository managers to engage with a variety of
recent JISC-funded work covering the creation, supply, access to and
preservation of digital images for the purposes of education or
research. The strand will offer opportunities for participants
to use the outcomes of this work as a basis for discussion on how they
might influence how digital images are managed and made
available. While there will be short presentations, much
of the work of the strand will depend on participants having some
familiarity with recent work in this area: Summaries will be made available
to those who indicate an interest in this strand.
