Innovating e-Learning 2007: Institutional Transformation and Supporting
Lifelong Learning
This conference will be of interest to practitioners, managers and
e-learning coordinators, researchers, staff developers, learning
technologists and key stakeholders supporting lifelong learning in
further and higher education.
The conference programme brings together a selection of key innovators in
e-learning to present and discuss the current and future impact of
e-learning. The two themes are designed to look at the impact of e-learning
from an internal institutional perspective and from the more personalised
view of the lifelong learner.

Theme 1: Institutional Transformation
This theme will focus on how
current practice in learning and teaching is being transformed as a
result of e-learning, and how this is changing institutions and
education

Theme 2: Supporting Lifelong
Learning This theme will focus on how
e-learning is being used to support lifelong learners to progress between
different stages of their work and study
