Learning and Teaching Practice Experts Group
The e-Learning programme's consultation strategy will focus on developing a network of representatives in a range of existing communities. These individuals will have formal or informal roles as information brokers in their respective communities of practice. So they will be able to champion the programme to their communities, as well as represent their communities to Jisc.
The Experts Group comprises of representatives from further and higher education and meets three times a year to receive updates from the e-Learning Programme, to offer advice and feedback to Jisc funded project teams, and to comment on the direction of future work of the programme. There are now over 160 members representing further and higher education and members have helped to ensure the relevance of Jisc-funded projects to the learning and teaching community. The Group now informs Jisc’s work across a range of programmes relating to Teaching and Learning Practice.
