Role
David reports to the Head of Services & Outreach and has responsibility for the leadership and line management of the Service Relationship Management Team, ensuring that JISC maintains effective and productive relationships with its service providers and service purchasers. This includes making sure that the correct formal relationships are in place across the broad range of JISC Services and service providers, and that there are appropriate levels of reporting and financial accounting for those services.
