		<description>200 repositories in the UK sounds like a good number. As well as celebrating this, is it time to look critically at those HE institutions that still don&#039;t have an IR? The majority is not always right, but when the majority of institutions have IRs there is at least precedent and a case to answer for those that continue not to. My guess is that some of those institutions will not wish to remain outliers when aware of the commitment of many of their peers.</description>
