Did you consider trying the bulk upload from your repository to ROS?  Although quite basic we have previously sent data successfully using this method as have other HEI&#039;s.  Saved a lot of time and reduces concerns about synchronising data and double entry.

You can find the bulk upload spreadsheet within the ROS System or contact the ROS helpdesk for advice.</description>

		<description>I hope that RCUK can sort out a way to collect outputs for their ROS directly from institutional repositories. I&#039;m annoyed that I am spending my time as a repository administrator teaching researchers how to use ROS, when I already have enough trouble getting them to deposit into my IR. Do you really think many people are going to deposit in both places? They hardly deposit into their IRs, despite all these years we have been begging them to.</description>
