I am the Programme Manager for the JISC e-Learning Programme. I currently manage the Institutional Approaches to Curriculum Design Programme in which twelve projects are investigating the role technology plays in the institutional processes involved in developing courses and curricula in order to facilitate widespread institutional change. I have managed the recently completed Learner Experiences of e-Learning Programme which explored students’ expectations and experiences of using technology. I have managed the production of a number of well received e-Learning Programme publications including the recently launched ‘Effective Practice in a Digital Age’ and ‘Responding to Learners’ publications together with ‘Innovative Practice with e-Learning’, ‘Designing Spaces for Effective Learning’ and ‘In Their Own Words’. I have also established and runs the JISC Learning and Teaching Practice Experts Group which provides valuable consultation and dissemination opportunities for the e-Learning Programme.
