Terms of reference

  • providec input to the JCN development programme workplan and to advise the JCN on the outcomes of the workplan
  • oversaw the JCN development budget and other relevant funds and make recommendations to the JCN on how this funding should be spent
  • considered technologies related to the development of the network
  • participated in UKERNA’s development of a Core Network Development programme
  • kept abreast of cross committee developments and issues impacting on the JCN development programme
  • advised and made recommendations to the JCN and/or the JISC Chairs Committee in the case of broader issues
