Steering committee

The Steering committee oversees the activities of the JISC Board, and provides guidance to the JISC Chair and the Executive Secretary on government and funding council priorities and expectations.

It is made up of officers (known as assessors) nominated by each funding body. The Chair of the Steering committee is held on a rotating basis. Following each meeting, the Chair will give a verbal report to the subsequent JISC meeting, which generally follows the Steering committee meeting.
