The JISC invites tenders to conduct a comprehensive landscape and feasibility study investigating the current and recommended future state of open innovation practice, models and tools used by higher and further education institutions and their external partners in collaboration. The focus of the study is on processes, practice and policies rather than specific technical solutions.

Total funding of up to £100,000 (including VAT, travel and subsistence) is available for this project.

The deadline for proposals is 12 noon on 11 November 2008.
