JISC invites tenders for a scoping study of the state-of-the-art in e-assessment techniques across the world and in all education sectors.

The aim of this project is to provide JISC and its community with a review of state-of-the-art techniques in e-assessment which should be considered for application in UK Higher Education (HE) and Further Education (FE) settings. This review will contribute to other programme work to define and develop a roadmap of e-assessment research and development activities.

Up to £40,000 (including VAT and expenses) is available for the study over a 5-month period starting as soon as possible and no later than 31 October 2008 and completing by 31 March 2009.

The deadline for submission of tenders is no later than 12:00 noon on Monday 22 September 2008
